Payment Processing and Data Security

Card payments are processed by the payment gateway stated in the order. Card details are entered on that gateway's secure page. SIMOPT, s.r.o. does not have access to the full card number or security code.

Purpose and Parameters of Recurring Payments

Recurring payments are used only to renew the Pro license automatically. The user agrees that the selected payment gateway may save the payment method and authorises SIMOPT, s.r.o. to use it through that gateway for future payments when the user is not present.

• Amount: The price of each renewal, currency, and first payment are shown in the order or when recurring payments are confirmed. A higher or otherwise changed price will not be charged without new consent.
• Frequency: Payment is made monthly or annually according to the period confirmed by the user.
• Timing: The first recurring payment is made on the next renewal date shown in the account. Further payments follow after each selected period.
• Duration: Payments continue until the subscription is cancelled, the saved card is removed, or a payment fails.

Payment Notifications

For an annual subscription, the user receives an email with the date and amount at least 30 days before renewal. The user receives an email with the result after each recurring payment.

Unsuccessful Payment

If payment fails, the license will not renew and the account will be downgraded to the Free version.

Cancellation of Recurring Payments

The subscription can be cancelled at any time by scheduling a downgrade to the Free license with the DOWNGRADE button under My Account and My License, by removing the saved card, or by emailing support@select.photo. No further payment will be made. The license remains active until the end of the paid period. The unused part of an automatically renewed period is not refunded unless a refund is required by law. The 14-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first paid Pro license activation, not to automatic renewals or any later payments.
